Trade Terms

These Trade Terms apply to wholesale and trade accounts with Raine & Humble. A signed trade agreement or account approval may include additional conditions.

Trade accounts

• Trade pricing, minimums, and payment terms are provided on application and confirmed in writing.
• Accounts are for authorised resellers, retailers, and distributors only, and not for personal consumer resale without approval.

Orders & acceptance

• Orders are subject to stock availability and production schedules.
• We may decline or adjust orders where pricing errors, credit limits, or supply constraints apply.
• Order confirmation constitutes acceptance unless we notify you otherwise.

Pricing & payment

• Prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise on your invoice.
• Payment terms follow your approved trade account schedule (prepaid, net terms, or deposit + balance as agreed).
• Title passes on full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping & delivery

Dispatch timelines, freight arrangements, and risk of loss are confirmed on your trade invoice or account agreement. Risk passes in accordance with your agreed Incoterms or invoice terms.

Returns & credits

Marketing assets

Approved catalogue PDFs, photography, and brand assets are provided for promoting Raine & Humble products only. Do not alter logos or misrepresent product origin.
